I really liked the super central location. I could walk to all the important sites! the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations and a smile. the breakfast was a good surprise. A fantastic selection of tasty items started my days perfectly!
I had to wait a few times. it was no big deal, but something i noted!

this was a romantic getaway. the hotel is centrally located allowing easy access to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. i particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks (the biscotti was delicious!). the hotel also offered a lovely breakfast each morning to start our day right.
I found it a bit tight with luggage.

early noisemosquito problem
i was frustrated with the noise level. every morning, i could hear the breakfast team in the kitchen at 5:45 am. the kitchen wall was right next to my room so it was very disturbing. also, the outdoor area had a lot of mosquitoes, it was not enjoyable at all.

The hotel is close to major attractions, including the spanish steps. Breakfast had really good snacks. the outdoor area next to our room offered a perfect space. the staff showed consistent professionalism and a willingness to exceed our requests. i highly recommend this hotel. I enjoyed the experience .
Only one person with luggage could use it at a time! also, you needed to ensure it stopped fully, or you risked getting stuck.
